I'm in my sixties and was apprehensive, but taking my first session convinced that it would be my only session. But when I had that first session with Vinny I realized the extent of his knowledge about the human body and decided to sign up for a full six weeks. Vinny is the best! And he understood any physical limitations and gave me perfect work outs specially designed for me! I am and was very impressed with Vinny and I will always recommend him to everyone!

Couples of weeks later he approached me, introduced himself and offer to show me what his training consists of... Ok here I go, I really enjoy working out and recently I gave birth to baby twin girls and have now realized that unfortunately I'm out of shape. My concern is not losing weight it's getting back into shape. I'm fortunate that I didn't gain weight after babies. But after training with Vinny I realized I might look ok but I'm sure not as fitness as I use to be. I save both time and money training with Vinny because his workouts are direct and his rates reasonable. I see him 3x's week which keeps me on track and accountable. Some trainers will tell you to do 10 reps, then step back and ignore you while they check their phone, respond to a text, etc.... Not Vinny! He is right there with me the whole time, correcting my form, explaining which muscles we are working on, counting reps and encouraging me to finish strong. I recommend him to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life and finally reach their fitness goals. You won't be disappointed.

He teaches self defense so that you will be able to defend yourself in a variety of situations. He teaches you how to defend yourself against someone using jnives, guns, or sticks with your bear hands, and a variety of everyday items such as cell phones or even rolled up newspaper. My daughter was extremely concerned about her safety after reading numerous articles about things that are happening to female students at nearly all college campuses across the country. She has one more session left, and she is confident that she is ready to defend herself, should the need arises. Over the summer vacation, I am signing her up again to learn more techniques. The value you get for the money is incredible. The best part is that Vinny is a pastor and a family man and teaches with care and respect. He is the best. It’s very unfortunate that I am moving from my area and Vinny cannot cover my area due to distance but I can tell you how much I am at a loss. It’s very difficult to find such skillful trainers.
